Duder Regional Park - sustainable farm trail

Soil testing at Duder Regional Park in 2005 identified a scarcity of worms, fungi or bacteria – indications of poor soil health.

A radical approach was required, and ARC park rangers elected to rebuild the pasture based on long term sustainable and holistic practices that benefit not only the pasture but the surrounding landscape.

pHd3 designed and assembled interpretive signage to tell this story across five sites along a walking trail to explain farming practices being employed at the park. The signage uses recycled or existing structures. Greener than green.
