Digital key pad
Merlin required the development of a digital key pad for gate and garage door access. The product can be installed 'wireless' (battery remote) or hard wired and is tough and waterproof. The key pad form relates to other Merlin products reinforcing the brand through consistent product family 'architecture'.
The unit provides keyless entry and functions as a 'door bell', activated by depressing the cover.
ABS plastic was used for the housing and the back-lit key pad is silicon.
