Brand identity and packaging

Whitestone Cheese is a boutique, award-winning cheesemaker based in Oamaru, New Zealand. Whitestone approached pHd3 to rethink their brand identity and packaging which did not measure up to its multi-award winning cheeses.

A clear and effective point of difference was established by using silver, a colour that no other competitor was using. This gave the identity a clean, new world quality, inferring stainless steel equipment used in cheesemaking.

The most important part of the branding and packaging was that it performed and functioned well en masse in supermarket delicatessen chillers.
